I can't seem to find your DHL posts from earlier this month. I could get to them through your search, but they don't appear when I browse the months in the archive. I couldn't post comments to that story, so here's the comment anyway...
DHL isn't inspiring confidence for me either. I've been waiting on two replacement power adapters from Dell to replace the ones that they're recalling because of possible fire hazard. One was delivered this morning. The other didn't show. I just got a call a few minutes ago from someone with DHL to "verify my address". It's an identical package in every respect (contents, addressee, address, etc.) to the one that made it here this morning and somehow it was returned from the driver as undeliverable. Hmmm...
