In his sci fi novel Good News from Outer Space, John Kessel has dadaist punks breaking into cars to install new sound systems. In a similar kind of prank, British graffiti artist Banksy smuggled his own art into the New York Museum of Modern Art, where it hung for three days before before anybody noticed.
