Long tail voodoo from Guy Kawasaki

Guy Kawasaki has a great, appropriately cynical post about Chris Anderson's "long tail" where he appreciates the book and the thinking behind it, then reminds us that a long tail company is tactically difficult to pull off, via a "cynic’s checklist for the implementation of long-tail ideas."
