		<description>About time. Some of these items have proven to be an up hill battle for 16 years as previouos administrations paid lip service to some of these initiatives. 

Renewable fuels and broad band for everyone are very doable and for less than what we now pay.

Maybe the investors will now take some of the plans seriously.</description>
